Package Details:

• • Flight from Heathrow, return flight from Madinah
  • 15 Nights in Makkah (including five days of hajj) Loulou Al Khalil with full board meals
  • 4-5 Nights in Madinah (Hotel TBA – Approximately 300m) with full board meals
  • Private Coach from Makkah to Madinah. All other coaches will be provided by the Mu’allim
  • Hajj draft and visa included
  • Mina special services with full board meals provided by Mu’allim in European Tents
  • Ziyaarah in Madinah Only (If Ministry allows then we will also take you for Ziyaarah in Makkah)
  • All Necessary Documents needed to obtain your Hajj Visa will be provided

Visa Requirements

• • Valid digital passport with a minimum of 7 months remaining from the time of departure
  • 4 most recent size photographs
  • Passport must have at least two blank pages for visa
  • C.W.Y meningitis certificate (must be valid and in date)
  • Women must be accompanied by their Mahram (evidence will be required if the surnames do not match i.e. marriage certificate)
  • European passport holders will need to provide proof of residency (i.e. bank statement/utilities bill)

Terms and Conditions

• • A deposit of £2500 pp must be paid upon booking
  • Flights will be confirmed closer to the time of departure
  • Hotels check in is 4pm and check out is 12pm
  • Transport will be provided by Mu’allim unless private coach is booked
  • Delays in transport are expected and Bakka Tours has no control over this
  • Complimentary food that is provided by Mu’allim can be delayed and Bakka Tours has no control over this
  • Shared rooms cannot be changed once booking has been made, Bakka Tours will do its best to match people accordingly
